Job Duties: - Perform calibration and metrology activities in a laboratory setting
- Ensure all instruments and equipment are calibrated according to industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of calibration procedures and results
- Troubleshoot and resolve any calibration issues
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure quality control standards are met
Required Qualifications: - Degree in a relevant scientific field
- Proven experience in metrology and calibration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Education: Degree in a relevant scientific field
Experience: Previous experience in metrology and calibration
Knowledge and Skills: - Knowledge of metrology principles and practises
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in using calibration software and equipment
Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in metrology or calibration
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical laboratory
Working Conditions: The role is based in a laboratory environment. The Lab Metrologist may be required to work occasional overtime to meet project deadlines. Personal protective equipment will be provided.
